Overview
Context before technology.
Laravel, Blade, Tailwind CSS, and Eloquent support public information pages and a partial CMS for staff-managed content.
Public site and partial CMS
The application presents school profiles, programs, activities, registration information, calendars, and feedback alongside an administration area for selected content workflows.
It was independently developed with Laravel, Blade, Tailwind CSS, and Eloquent, then deployed through a conventional cPanel workflow.
Application structure
Laravel MVC and Eloquent organize public and administrative behavior. Session authentication and middleware gate administration, while models and storage-backed media metadata support managed content.
The content system is intentionally described as partial: registration remains informational rather than an online applicant-submission flow, and some public wording retains static fallbacks.
Evidence boundary
The approved public link is included without a current-operation, uptime, maintenance, usage, accessibility, security-hardening, or impact claim.
No first-party automated-test or CI/CD evidence supports stronger delivery claims for this revision.
